Work smarter, not harder. I’m more concerned with the success of the project (let’s define success first!) and the dynamic of the team, not with the particular workflow to get there. It’s not rocket science, but sometimes it can feel like it. For me, it’s finding areas to optimize the process or workflow (not overcomplicate it) and having fun.
